The Contract in Outline:

Window / Doors Replacement:

The existing single glazed aluminium windows and two timber doors are to be replaced with new commercial grade aluminium thermally efficient double glazed units in new thermally broken aluminium frames.

The works require making good to each window and door for a full and complete installation.

The Main Contractor is required to programme and co-ordinate the work of all subcontractors and should plan for the works to be completed in 4 weeks.

Planning Permission - Conservation Area:

Although not a historic building, the magistrates' Court is located with the boundary of the Romsey Town Conservation Area 

The works must be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings and other tender documents which will ensure the obligations set out under planning permission relating to the window replacement are met.
