Description

The NHS commissioning authorities in London will re-procure the existing pan-London NHS CHC in nursing homes AQP framework. The current framework is due to expire on 31 March 2023.

Applications are open from Monday 17 October 2022 to Friday 2 December 2022 through the CarePulse eProcurement system (https://london-nhaqp-2023.carepulse.co.uk/).

Successful Providers will be added to the Pan-London Nursing Homes AQP list. This AQP list is used by the commissioning authorities as the primary route of commissioning NHS Continuing Healthcare placements for adults.

The services will be delivered in CQC registered Nursing Homes.

The Contract does not guarantee any volume of activity or payment to the Provider. There is no minimum number of packages that the Provider can expect to receive through the contract.

The London Purchased Healthcare (LPH) Team will manage the procurement process on behalf of the London commissioning authorities.

PRJ4003 SEL ICB - Specialist Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) Service

NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") is seeking to commission Specialist Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) services for adults ("the Services") to all qualifying service users and their carers ordinarily resident in Lewisham. In line with the Care Act 2014, the Mental Health Act 1983 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (MCA 2005) NHS South East Integrated Care Board (ICB) is committed to the delivery of advocacy for adults aged 18 years and over. The aim is to enable Lewisham residents to access high-quality advocacy and exercise maximum choice and control over their care and support, and to achieve the best outcomes in their everyday lives. Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) services play a crucial role in safeguarding the rights of individuals with mental health issues and promoting their autonomy in the healthcare system. The Provider will offer an IMHA service for patients admitted under the Mental Health Act in the Bethlem and the Maudsley hospital for residents of Lewisham. The contract duration will be 3 years (36 months) with an optional extension of 1 year (12 months) at the discretion of the authority. A maximum contract duration of 4 years (48 months) in total. Value of contract: £90,000 per annum. The indicative value range for the total contract value is between £270,000 for 3 years and £360,000 for 4 years. VAT inclusive as applicable.
