Description

National Museums Liverpool (NML) is seeking to appoint a supplier to source, design the displays, install and deinstall Christmas trees and ambient decorations on a hire basis for its venues. Ambient decorations include the provision and hire of trees, wreaths, garlands, bespoke decorations and lighting.

The duration of the project is from 22 August 2022 to 13 January 2023, with options to extend annually up until January 2028, subject to funding and satisfactory contractual performance. The initial contract scope is for Museum of Liverpool, Maritime Museum, Sudley House, World Museum, Walker Art Gallery and Lady Lever Art Gallery; and during the overall potential period of contract may be extended to additional NML venues.

The estimated contract value in respect of NML's 2022 Christmas trees, displays and decorations is approximated to be £12,000 GBP excluding VAT (or £14,400 including VAT). There is further scope to extend this contract annually (subject to funding and satisfactory contractual performance) until January 2028. The estimated total contract value including maximum possible extension options is therefore estimated to be £70,000 GBP excluding VAT, (or £84,000 GBP including VAT).
