Description

The partner  will be required to support the expansion of Business Intelligence service with the following areas (illustrative not exhaustive):
•	Waiting list recovery: management of backlog and prioritisation of waiting lists 
•	Patient flow: help identify and avoid inappropriate admissions 
•	Insight analytics to support clinically led service transformation including cross-Provider services 
•	Targeted training within NHS Trusts to optimise the clinical and patient benefits of new tools being implemented (local and national) 
•	Application of AI and ML to support close to real time decision making

Occupational Health Physician Service

Lincolnshire Police (the Contracting Authority) invites tenders for the provision of our Police Occupational Health Physician Contract. Lincolnshire Police Health & Care provision includes occupational health advisors, an internal psychological provision and well-being team members. This Tender is for the provision of an Occupational Health Physician (OHP) service. We require an experienced OHP 1 day per week for 52 weeks per year with a potential for additional 6 days (per annum) in the event of increased recruitment or similar. OHP's working on the Contract are expected to advise an employer to assist with significantly reducing the risks and thus assist with optimising productivity which reducing costs related to health by: o Minimising the impacts of health risks to the business. o Identifying the legacy of impairment/disease in new employees and establishing at employment the 'baseline' of health. o Ensuring employers are aware of adjustments required to comply with the Equality Act 2010. o Identifying work-related disease at the earliest point, to facilitate early intervention and onward treatment, enable cost containment and avoid legal challenge. o Advising on preventing/minimising work-related illness. o Complying with health surveillance, and, where required, advising on statutory reporting of work-related disease. o Assessing fitness for work during and after illness/disease onset-recommending adjustments and restrictions (mostly temporary) to reduce absence costs.
