Description

The Ambulance Radio Programme ('ARP') on behalf of the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care (the 'Authority') is seeking to procure a supplier to provide suitable field support, logistics and vehicle installation services for vehicle hardware for use in vehicles such as ambulances by service recipients, including the English Ambulance Trusts and potentially also other service recipients, such as the Welsh Ambulance Service NHS Trust, the Scottish Ambulance Service and the Fire and Rescue Services and the Police Services in Great Britain if those bodies elect to participate in the procurement.

The attached summary of the ARP Field Services contract is published for transparency.  Please note that the full contract contains dozens of schedules which amounts to hundreds of pages of detailed information and which is too large to publish in its entirety. Framework for Light & Heavy Vehicle Repairs (Mechanical and Electrical) including Servicing and MOTs

These services will be delivered to the Council’s Community and Enterprise Resources Roads, Transportation and Fleet Services for the purposes of servicing and repairing the Council’s fleet of vehicles and plant. This will include mechanical and electrical repairs, and servicing and MOTs to the Council’s fleet of approximately 1700 vehicles. All repairs shall be covered by appointed contractors where the Council does not have an in house capacity to undertake this requirement.
