Blackpool Council and Blackpool Coastal Housing Ltd (The Contracting Authorities) are looking to appoint a single provider for the servicing, inspection and maintenance of mechanical doors and gates. To include the provision of a 24-hour, 365 days per year call out facility to respond to emergency call outs, day to day repairs or faults as deemed necessary. The Contracting Authorities wish to appoint a Supplier who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet the requirements and who offers the most advantageous tender.
