Description

Colchester Borough Council (the Council) wishes to commission a contractor to design scheme options which fit the Fixing the Link principles of welcoming station users to the town centre, giving a good impression of Colchester to the visitor, whilst respecting its historic character.
      
      The tender is split into two parts, but Bidders are expected to tender for both elements and bids for part 1 or part 2 only will not be accepted.
