Description

This procurement is for the provision of expertise on International Valuation industry standards, trends, advancements and the latest technology. The Contractor will act as a critical friend for the Valuation Delivery Partner Project providing services through the Pre-Procurement, Procurement and Implementation of a major digital solution. The Valuation Service Directorate within Land and Property Services is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract for the provision of a new digitally enabled ICT solution for Valuation Services which will enable it to transform its current business processes. It is envisaged the new solution will replace the legacy Assessment Office system and a number of other satellite systems with a new digital Valuation solution with an integrated digital ‘ecosystem’ that supports the design and delivery of joined up services. It will provide services that are truly digital from end to end and will be user friendly, customer focused, support web-based technologies, digital self-service platforms and integration with all LPS ICT systems. It must be flexible and adaptable to support new and innovative methods of delivery, future changes and business needs.

OPSS Testing of Fire Door-Sets and Component Devices

1. You are invited to tender for Project 3276 - Testing of Fire Door-Sets and Component Devices. The requirement is for the testing of a variety of internal and external door sets against certain performance criteria outlines in their designated product standard – BS EN 16304 and BS EN 14351-1. 2. The requirement and subsequent contract shall be for a period of 24 months with the option to extend by up to 12 months. The estimated value for the contract is £500,000 for the contract period including any extension and is exclusive of VAT. 3. GMCA 1229 Good Landlord Charter Evaluation

GMCA is seeking a supplier to evaluate the implementation and delivery of the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter (GLC) over a three-year period. The Good Landlord Charter is a voluntary scheme for landlords who want to commit to higher standards than they are currently required to by law. All landlords (both social and private) across the ten Greater Manchester local authorities are able to apply to be part of the Good Landlord Charter. It will be the first such scheme in the country open to all landlords, no matter whether they are private or social landlords, big or small and is managed by an Independent Implementation Unit. The GLC has seven characteristics and 21 associated criteria relating to what is a good landlord. The Implementation Unit started operating at the end of 2024 and is in the process of setting up. The purpose of the evaluation will be to evaluate the following: 1) How the implementation and delivery of the GLC have met its objectives. 2) How the implementation and delivery of the GLC has delivered against each of the GLC criteria and characteristics. 3) The experiences of landlords, tenants and stakeholders in relation to the GLC. 4) Barriers faced and lessons learnt in the implementation and delivery of the GLC. It is expected that the evaluation of the GLC will use mixed methods, the evaluator will be required to work closely with the Implementation Unit and the GMCA to agree on data collection and processing. The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The Experts by Experience contracts are key mechanisms used by CQC to achieve this. Lot 1 CQC Experts by Experience Services: this lot is for support to regulatory activity conducted by subject matter experts with lived experience of specific healthcare or social care needs. Lot 2 CQC Public Engagement Network: this lot is for developing and maintaining and expanding the public engagement network and organising related events. CQC is conducting this procurement using the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This is a two-stage process. Suppliers must submit a completed Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and supporting documents by 3 April 2025 at 12:00 noon.
