Description

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council invite you to submit a Framework return, noting that the advised documentation guidance and instructions should be read in conjunction with Newry, Mourne & Down District Council’s (NMDDC’s) Standard Terms and Conditions.

The purpose of this process is to enable NMDDC to establish a Framework with a pre-qualified list of suppliers (a Restricted List) who may be asked, on an ad hoc basis, to participate in a further mini-competition following which a call-off Contract under the Framework will be awarded. Submissions are to be based on the advised documentation/information/attachments available via the NM&DDC Evolve Multi-Quote Portal applicable to this process request.

Road Fleet Management Services

This procurement event relates to Network Rail’s requirement for the provision of Road Fleet Management Services to oversee the management of ~11,500 vehicles which support the delivery of operational services. Services shall include (but not be limited to); a) Fleet management services, management and maintenance of Network Rail owned and Supplier leased vehicles. b) Lease of new vehicles Ordered by Network Rail including vehicle service, maintenance and repair (SMR) and other associated services to owned and Supplier leased vehicles.
