Description

ITS have an ongoing requirement to build and develop the technical capability of their staff. 
This requirement is for ITS students to undertake training on Mastering the Requirements Process as part of the Junior BA programme, and forms part of their 2 year training scheme.
The frequency of BA recruitment, and therefore demand for this course, is reviewed annually therefore the training may be required each year or alternate years. This course is also suitable for existing ITS staff in the Business Analyst role who haven't already undertaken this training, supporting continuity across roles.
Where ITS have a full Junior BA programme running a closed course will be required, however where existing staff require the training the number of delegates will not support a closed course therefore the preference is for them to attend a public course.

CCS set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for an initial period of 48 months with the extension option of 24 months. Aims and Objectives To secure the services of a highly professional and service orientated training supplier to deliver high quality learning experiences for participants in the KTP programme. The KTP Programme seeks to demonstrate the delivery of value for money for all our funding partners. The current training contract expires at the end of March 2025. The KTP programme seeks to have a training provider in place to provide a seamless transition between contracts. KTP is one of the UK's largest recruiters of graduates, with over 350 associate positions available each year. As part of the development of the Associate, KTP provides management training to facilitate the transition of individuals from graduates/ academics to business managers and entrepreneurs. Associate training must demonstrate the best that the business world has to offer. The key objective of the provision of the training package for KTP Associates is to facilitate the development of an appropriate level of management and leadership skills to help Associates deliver successful KTP projects. The KTP programme is broadly based and therefore encompasses a wide range of businesses and organisations, a wide variety of project needs and a wide spectrum of Associate backgrounds, in terms of academic disciplines and experience. Content of the training provision needs to accommodate the needs of a broad base of KTP projects and Associates. The core training package must cover at least the following: A. Business Management Skills development B. Leadership and Innovation skills C. Mid Suffolk District Council wishes to appoint an organisation highly experienced in providing Centre Management and Business/Innovation Support to SME’s. The Centre will also have a collaboration of academic institutions directly delivering training and short courses (including CPD) from the training and meeting spaces on the ground floor. This will require support from the Centre Management team in terms of booking spaces and facilities management. Events and business meetings will also take place at the Centre via external hirings in addition to the Centre’s tenant uses, requiring marketing, co-ordination and management.The contract term will be 3 (three) years from 1st April 2026 (subject to the final building opening date) with the option to extend by up to a further 24 months.
