VOA is looking for a partner to :
Assist the Programme Director and Programme Manager to develop
a structure for the whole Programme, through all phases of the Agile
delivery model including the technical Delivery teams and identifying
the necessary programme resources/ teams and structures required
(in a multifunctional model). This will inform the development of
revised programme costs.

Key Requirements include: Demonstrated experience in master planning and PMO establishment, preferably in the energy sector. Deliverable within 6-9 months of contract start date. Proven track record in delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects. Social impact integration, including local employment, skills development, and community engagement.
