HDC-1463 Recyclables and Waste Collections, Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance Services Harborough District Council

Harborough District Council will shortly be tendering for a single supplier to run a service consisting of the recyclable and waste collection services, as well as street cleansing and grounds maintenance services. The intention is to contract a single supplier, however, it will be permissible under the contract, to subcontract elements of the contract to subcontractors, managed by the single main contractor, in line with all Council requirements. The final process will be clearly defined in the tender documentation. The purpose of this notice is to notify potential bidders of this upcoming opportunity which is expected to be published at the end of September 2025. Pioneer Group Grounds Maintenance Services

The scope of the Contract includes is the provision of Grounds Maintenance Services at Pioneer owned and managed properties.
