Description

The contract will require the supplier to:
o Audit and then take on the existing support 
o Provide the licences and support for existing services (12 months through to 4years)
o Provide a remote diagnostic service as well as attending sites to resolve any issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
o Suggest any upgrades to the network to improve performance / reliability

The Authority is exercising its option to extend its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony And Communication Services for an additional 12 months until 27 March 2026.
