Description

The NHS Long Term Plan makes a renewed commitment to improve and widen access to care for adults needing mental health support.<br/><br/>The NHS Plan also promises to increase alternative forms of provision for those in crisis. Sanctuaries, safe havens and crisis cafes provide a more suitable alternative to A&E for many people experiencing mental health crisis, usually for people whose needs are escalating to crisis point, or who are experiencing a crisis, but do not necessarily have medical needs that require A&E admission<br/>The contract is for three years with option to extend for two further years. The contract value given in this notice is for the full five year term.

Key points to note about the service and our requirements: The Psychological Wellbeing Service will complement the wider offer for early intervention, to facilitate choice and increase capacity. The service will be provided to children and young people aged from 10-18 years old and for parenting interventions from 5 years upwards. Peer-Led Service for Autistic & ADHD Children & Young People and their Families

NHS North West London requires the provision of a peer-led service for autistic and ADHD children and young people (CYP) and their families. The service will offer pre and post diagnostic signposting and support to enable CYP and their families to wait well, understand their recent diagnosis, and learn about approaches they can apply and services they can access to help them in their daily lives. The service will operate from a base in North West London and establish strong community connections to develop a good knowledge of the local offer in each of our eight boroughs. It will offer a combination of face to face and online sessions and operate flexibly to deliver some sessions during evenings and weekends and the provider will need to work collaboratively with local statutory and voluntary services to ensure the service complements existing provision.
