Description

Northamptonshire Children's Trust (NCT) wishes to invite tenders for the supply of services Early Intervention/Targeted Support Services for Children Under 5 and their Families in Corby in respect of this requirement. Children's Centre services in Northamptonshire offer a range of support to families of children from birth to 5 years old. Children’s Centres are designed to meet the local needs of children and their families, with a particular emphasis on outreach services and targeting vulnerable and hard to reach families. The Authority proposes to enter into one Contract for an initial period of 36 months with the preferred provider, with an option to extend for 12 months, making 48 months in total.
The anticipated contract commencement date is 1st April 2021.
The Contract has a maximum annual budget of £512,000 (exclusive of VAT) for the delivery of Early Intervention/Targeted Support Services in Corby.
The Light Touch Regime (LTR) applies to the Services under this Contract, as per Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

GMCA 1386 - Greater Manchester Housing First and Rough Sleepers Accommodation Programme

In 2019 the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) commissioned programme of three pilots with Greater Manchester Combined Authority, Liverpool City Region and West Midlands Combined to pilot the large-scale delivery of Housing First in England. The service is for people who have multiple and complex needs who have experienced long term recurrent periods of homelessness and exclusion from services leading to them having difficulties in finding and sustaining suitable accommodation. The pilot has now been delivered for 6 years supporting 568 people to date across the 10 Greater Manchester Local Authorities. GMCA were successful in competitive bidding processes to secure Rough Sleeper Accommodation Programme (RSAP) properties across Greater Manchester, there will be a maximum of 58 properties in this contract. This tender is to procure a Housing First and RSAP services for a further 12 months (with option to extend for a further 3x12 months) to continue to support those individuals on the programmes including housing those that are yet to secure a permanent offer of accommodation. The British Council is looking for Partner Testing Points (PTPs) to deliver IELTS on Computer test sessions in the following countries: Cambodia, Hongkong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam Please note, we are seeking Partner Testing Points in Major Cities only. About IELTS: IELTS is a high stakes English Language test which is accepted by more than 12000 organisations worldwide. IELTS is trusted because of its reliable content and secure delivery. Tests are subject to clear rules and requirements around the quality of the test environment, the security of the test and the actions of test day staff. The test consists of a 3-hour written test taken on computer and a 15-minute speaking exam, delivered via the internet. Tests usually start at 9am or 1pm and can be scheduled for any day of the week, although some days, especially Saturdays are more popular. What is a PTP: As a Partner Testing Point, you would be responsible for delivering scheduled IELTS tests at times and on dates agreed with British Council. To do this, you will need to supply: o a computer testing room, o at least one room set up for online speaking tests, o secure storage for test materials and candidate belongings. o a waiting area, o appropriate staff to manage the test preparation and delivery. These staff will need to pass training and monitoring standards set by British Council IELTS. British Council manages test scheduling, candidate registration, payment, and certification.
