Supply and Installation of Flooring and Furnishings

Procurement Assist Limited is seeking service providers to take part in tendering for a place on a 60 month Dynamic Purchasing System for the Supply and Installation of Flooring and Furnishings. The services will be split into 4 Categories, as follows: Category 1: Domestic Furniture. Category 2: Domestic Flooring. Category 3: Commercial Furniture. Category 4: Commercial Flooring. The DPS will be available for use by iFM Bolton and the whole public sector from across the United Kingdom. The DPS initial application period is 30 days but will remain open until 31 May 2029. Applications from service providers can be made at any time during this period. The DPS is intended to be a fast route to market for Clients, with Clients not needing any further engagement with OJEU procurement processes. CHIC Furniture & Floor Coverings - Dynamic Purchasing System [DPS]

This is Notice of an Amendment to be made to the DPS in pursuance of the original Notice 2018/S 158-362216 published in OJEU on the 15th Aug 2018. All other details relating to this DPS remain unchanged. The change comprises extending the geographical coverage nationally and validity period with a further 60-months extension option, reviewed at 12 month increments whereby the authority can amend (extend, shorten, terminate or reprocure) the DPS. This DPS remains accessible by members of CHIC to all UK public-sector bodies (potential members) including (but notlimited to): • Housing Associations • Local Authorities and Government Departments •Registered Charities • NHS and Health and Social Care Groups • Emergency Services • Schools and Academies/Colleges and Universities • Libraries and Museums , including those listed in Schedule 1 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015/102.
