Description

Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark.  Collectively our Members manage more than 75% of UK’ social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting.
PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“PCR 2015”) and a central purchasing body under regulation 37 PCR 2015.

CUE & Butterfly House Decarbonisation

The Butterfly House and Centre for Understanding the Environment (CUE) are located within the wider Horniman Gardens site, which is a Grade II listed Park and Garden. The CUE was constructed in 1995 and was originally intended as a temporary structure with an expected lifespan of 20 years. The Butterfly House was constructed in 2016. The Horniman wish to partner with a design and engineering supplier who will support the decarbonisation of the above listed buildings. Principal Designer under CDM and Building Regulations: - Building control application preparation and submission. - PD duties for both CDM and Building Regulations. - PD duties for both CDM and Building Regs including the preparation and share of the Health and Safety File. - Organise Building control visit and share information at key stages. Contract Administrator (traditional route contract) or Employer's Agent (D&B contracts) - responsible for administering the construction contract including (non- exhaustive list): drafting contract documents for execution, issuing instructions, considering claims for extension of time, issuing certificates interim certificates for payment, practical completion certificates, etc

Security and Cleaning Services

London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of security services, cleaning services, and combined security and cleaning services. The framework will support eligible members in procuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective services across a variety of environments, including education, research, healthcare, cultural, and wider public sector settings. The framework is structured into three Lots: Lot 1 – Security Services Covers the provision of staffed security services, including but not limited to static guarding, mobile patrols, keyholding, alarm response, CCTV monitoring, and event security. Services may be required at sites with varied operational requirements and risk profiles. Lot 2 – Cleaning Services Encompasses the delivery of general, periodic, and specialist cleaning services. This includes deep cleaning, high-level cleaning, window cleaning, and cleaning in specialised environments such as laboratories or clinical areas. Related waste and hygiene management activities may also be included. Lot 3 – Combined Security and Cleaning Services Designed for members requiring integrated delivery of both security and cleaning services. This Lot enables combined service provision under a single contract or coordinated management model, supporting streamlined operations and improved service continuity where appropriate. The framework will provide a compliant route to market that promotes quality, value for money, sustainability, and social value.
