Description

This Framework Agreement is for the provision of strategic planning, financial and legal advice in respect of regeneration/housing matters within the remit of the Department for Communities’ Housing and Urban Regeneration Group. The Department will utilise the consultancy team’s services to carry out:- • Strategic advice on all aspects of Urban Regeneration/Housing such as Planning, Master Planning, Urban Design, retail Development, property and valuations. • Evaluation of Proposals • Ad hoc Planning and Urban Design Advisory Services in relation to high level and strategic matters. Luton London Airport (LLA) is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified transport planning consultancies to support strategic objectives within the Surface Access category. The awarded bidders will work in collaboration with LLA to develop and implement strategies aimed at increasing the airport's sustainable transport mode share. This includes enhancing access via public transport, active travel, and other low-emission surface transport options. This framework will be awarded depending on the quality and credibility of submissions. It will be established as a zero-value framework agreement, under which services will be instructed via individual Call-Off Contracts.
