National Maintenance, Responsive Repairs and Void works (Regions)

The services required include delivery of all responsive repairs and void works to supported and general needs properties in a defined geographical area of England and Scotland with a hybrid Schedule of Rates and Cost-Plus Model for repairs (determined by Lot) and a schedule of rates model for voids. The responsibility for the installations are spread over a number of Departments within the Council, but the co-ordinating responsibility rests with the Highways and Transportation Department. The majority of the above mentioned stations have telemetry links and the successful contractor will be required to respond to telemetry alarm “call outs” by attending the station both during normal working hours and out of hours.

Estates Rationalisation & WEQAS Refurbishment - M&E Services

The NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust are acting on behalf of Cardiff and Vale University Local Health Board who are seeking to establish a contract for the services of a Mechanical and Electrical Engineer to design and deliver two projects, under one contract before the end of the financial year. The first of project is Estates Rationalisation, this involves several internal moves of departments around Woodlands House and the University Hospital of Wales to enhance the space utilisation across the sites. The second project is a minor refurbishment of two unites situated within Ty Glas Industrial Estates for WEQAS. The departments building is in a state of repair and no longer fit for purpose.
