Description

The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IACC) wish to procure a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide additional economic development capacity, expertise and knowledge to support the IACC (and its strategic partners). The fragile economy of Anglesey has also been impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic and support will be required during this period in order to assist in the recovery whilst also regenerating and transforming the local economy. As the recovery continues the IACC will need to capitalise upon future transformational opportunities such as the Shared Prosperity Fund, as well as projects and initiatives supported by the North Wales Growth Deal, in order to strengthen the development of Anglesey’s economy

Professional Services and Development Framework

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for one of 2 professional services and development lots for the provision of services within the built environment, infrastructure and development, as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice. SCAPE Scotland is establishing a framework agreement for the initial period of four (4) years with an option to extend by two (2) years which will run consecutively. Demolition The Subcontractor shall strip out and dispose of (unless noted otherwise) the following items, as indicated on the design drawings: • Partitions • Doors • Porcelain tiles • Ceiling baffles and supports (to be stored and reinstalled later) • Glazing • Builders work openings (including necessary modifications to wall framework) • Door penetrations • Column cladding • Screens, chairs, tablets, monitors & desks • Screed (including for cable routes in onward travel area). Regarding the above, consider the following: • The items marked within the "Excluded Scope" document are excluded from this scope and included in another package of works. • The Subcontractor shall ensure that existing fire compartments are not compromised by the works. The Subcontractor shall allow for any intrusive surveys to determine this requirement. Design This section should be read in conjunction with Section 5 (Design) of this document. The Subcontractor shall complete detailed design for the following elements: • Raised access floor • Temporary Works (Hoarding) • Ceilings • Partitions including modification to existing • Doors • Bulkheads • Glazing • Steelwork • Signage Installation The Subcontractor shall supply (unless noted otherwise) and install the following items as indicated on the design drawings and project specifications: • Screed • Hoarding (see section below) • Porcelain tiles • Floor access covers • Ceilings • Partitions including modification works and door infills • Wall finishes, skirtings and trims • Doors • Bulkheads • Glazing • Monolith Base plates (to be free issued to the subcontractor, example provided in the document pack) • Steelwork • Firestopping • Signage and wayfinding?
