The East of England Service NHS Trust ("the Authority") covers the six counties which make up the East of England - Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, Norfolk and Suffolk and provides a range of services, but is best known for the 999-emergency service. Our dedicated and skilled staff work 365 days a year, 24 hours a day to make sure patients receive the best possible care. The British Defence Staff United States (BDSUS), in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), is seeking a tailored Medical and Dental Healthcare Plan to offer comprehensive healthcare services to MOD and FCDO personnel including their eligible family members residing across all 50 States and the District of Columbia in the US. The healthcare plan must offer complete customizability, enabling the managing team to determine the eligibility and extent of medical and dental coverage for each individual included. It is imperative that the plan delivers care equivalent to that available through the National Health Service (NHS) in the UK. This self-insured plan will provide an administration fee for claim processing and access to dental/medical networks, including discount benefits. The required 'Effective Service Date' for this plan is 1st May 2026, with an initial contract duration of three years with option's to extend for two additional one-year periods (making a total contract term of five years). The aim is to conduct a single procurement and award one contract for both BDSUS and FCDO. The British Council is looking for Partner Testing Points (PTPs) to deliver IELTS on Computer test sessions in the following countries: Cambodia, Hongkong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam Please note, we are seeking Partner Testing Points in Major Cities only. About IELTS: IELTS is a high stakes English Language test which is accepted by more than 12000 organisations worldwide. IELTS is trusted because of its reliable content and secure delivery. Tests are subject to clear rules and requirements around the quality of the test environment, the security of the test and the actions of test day staff. The test consists of a 3-hour written test taken on computer and a 15-minute speaking exam, delivered via the internet. Tests usually start at 9am or 1pm and can be scheduled for any day of the week, although some days, especially Saturdays are more popular. What is a PTP: As a Partner Testing Point, you would be responsible for delivering scheduled IELTS tests at times and on dates agreed with British Council. To do this, you will need to supply: o a computer testing room, o at least one room set up for online speaking tests, o secure storage for test materials and candidate belongings. o a waiting area, o appropriate staff to manage the test preparation and delivery. These staff will need to pass training and monitoring standards set by British Council IELTS. British Council manages test scheduling, candidate registration, payment, and certification. British Council pays a fixed rate per candidate for every IELTS test scheduled at your location. THE CURRENT PTP OPPORTUNITY ONLY APPLIED FOR INDONESIA.
