Description

Land and Property Services (“LPS”) has a requirement for a modern digitally enabled ICT solution that will support the transformation of its Revenues and Benefits service. It is envisaged the new solution will be responsible for, but not limited to, the assessment and collection of rates for domestic and non-domestic properties, the administration of various rate reliefs (such as Housing Benefit and Disabled Person’s allowance), managing interfaces with internal and external applications of LPS (such as the Enforcement of Judgments Office), assist with the setting of district and regional rates and other associated services. LPS require the new ICT solution to be flexible and adaptable to support new and innovative methods of delivery, future changes and business needs whilst being user friendly, customer focused and utilising digital self-service platforms. Invitation to Tender Reference Number itt_734 1. You are invited to tender for the provision of access to a data platform in accordance with the attached document. The requirement is for detailed data on a comprehensive market research report collection, covering the widest possible range of sectors and sub-sectors.
