Description

Land and Property Services (“LPS”) has a requirement for a modern digitally enabled ICT solution that will support the transformation of its Revenues and Benefits service. It is envisaged the new solution will be responsible for, but not limited to, the assessment and collection of rates for domestic and non-domestic properties, the administration of various rate reliefs (such as Housing Benefit and Disabled Person’s allowance), managing interfaces with internal and external applications of LPS (such as the Enforcement of Judgments Office), assist with the setting of district and regional rates and other associated services. LPS require the new ICT solution to be flexible and adaptable to support new and innovative methods of delivery, future changes and business needs whilst being user friendly, customer focused and utilising digital self-service platforms. London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) is establishing a multi-supplier framework agreement for the provision of security services, cleaning services, and combined security and cleaning services. The framework will support eligible members in procuring high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective services across a variety of environments, including education, research, healthcare, cultural, and wider public sector settings. Ocean Country Partnership Programme: Senegal Development of the DAMCP Data Management System

JNCC co-leads the Biodiversity loss theme of the Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP), a UK government-led programme under the Blue Planet Fund. For the past two years, OCPP has been supporting the Senegal Government with priority areas, including data management within the Directorate of Community-based Marine Protected Areas (DAMCP). The Ocean Country Partnership Programme (OCPP) supports countries to: • strengthen marine science expertise • develop science-based policy and management tools • create educational resources for coastal communities This project aims to assist the DAMCP by developing a data management system for use across divisions within the department. The development aims to facilitate data storage, access and use across DAMCP, support data sharing with other government departments, and promote sustainable data management to enable effective retention and continued use of datasets. There may also be scope to include other functionalities to treat data to identify trends, and visualise data (such as data modelling, overlapping of maps, etc.) Different data types are collected and collated by the DAMCP - physical & chemical data, biological data (species abundance/presence, species richness, etc.), habitat data, and human use data. The data may be collected by a field scientist but used or shared with other staff member to build trends, monitor effectiveness of MPA and guide decision. At present, there is a lack of consistency in data gathering and sharing within the DAMCP and the risk of lost data is a key priority the DAMCP are hoping to rectify. The aim of the data management system is to bring together collated datasets and to facilitate data sharing within the DAMCP. In developing an effective data management solution to facilitate easy access to data required across the department, this project will support DAMCP staff in making evidence-based decisions to ensure effective protection of Senegal's environment. The objectives of the project are: • To create a simple, user-friendly data management and visualisation system that integrates different data types from across the division and meets the requirements summarised in the attached user research report and Section 4. • To utilise existing and open-source software where possible. • To work with the DAMCP's IT specialist to identify a sustainable server-based hosting solution. • To ensure the system links with existing data systems in place where possible, promoting data sharing across government departments. • Provide training and guidance documentation to support DAMCP staff in using the system.

Provision of a Command Dispatch System (CAD) 2025

A Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) System for South Central Ambulance Service and Isle of Wight Ambulance Service 999 Operations. The 999 Computer-Aided Dispatch system (999 CAD) is a software solution, which has links to a range of other healthcare systems, that manages the receipt of calls for urgent care from members of the public who dial 999, through triage to a suitable outcome, such as attendance by ambulance. South Central Ambulance Service Foundation Trust is looking to procure a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system for its 999 operations. The system will also be used by the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service, as a service recipient. The aim of the procurement is to: o Procure a comprehensive and intuitive system that allows users to easily input and access information and carry out their functions effectively e.g.:  record patient details  progress the triage pathways of a call  ensure that, where relevant, a resource can be dispatched to the location provided by the caller  and enable effective audits and investigations via a full audit trail and easy-to-access historical information. o Ensure continuing integration with other services and systems provided and used by the Authority e.g.  transfers of callers and records to and from NHS 111  clinical applications used by front line 999 crews for patient treatment.  Ordnance Survey (OS), Terrafix, Personal Demographic Service (PDS) etc. The Contracting Authority proposes to enter into Contract(s) for a maximum period of 12 Years with the successful Tenderer(s). The initial contract term shall be 6 years with the potential for three, 2 year Contract extension periods by election of the Contracting Authority, on such notice and for such periods as is specified by the Contract.
