Leicester City Council undertook a procurement process for the provision of Integrated Community Equipment Loans Service. Leicester City Council led the procurement on behalf of Leicestershire County Council, Rutland County Council, Leicester CITY CCG, West Leicestershire CCG and East Leicestershire & Rutland CCG.
