Description

Highways England has replaced its previous Cost Planning Service Provider framework, which provided cost estimating services for road projects.
The Cost Planning function is responsible for delivering cost planning services which ensures that the business has detailed cost information to make properly informed business decisions and that governance is maintained. The cost plans prepared by the CP team are used to approve funding at various stages of the project lifecycle. All major programme budgets and funding approvals are informed by cost plans produced by the Cost Planning function.
This procurement seeks to bolster the in-house Cost Planning resources.

Phase 3 aims to facilitate a modern male locker room space with adequate shower facilities, and modern standard mess room facilities for use by all staff. Northern Trains Ltd, is a Train Operating Company (TOC) that operates passenger rail services in the north of England. Northern Trains Ltd is publishing this notice to establish a contract with a single supplier to carry out WOSA Phase 3 at Neville Hill Depot. Professional Services and Development Framework

Scape Procure Scotland Limited (trading as SCAPE Scotland) is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of Professional Services and Development throughout Scotland. Experienced suppliers are invited to apply for one of 2 professional services and development lots for the provision of services within the built environment, infrastructure and development, as defined by the NUTS and CPV codes contained in this notice. SCAPE Scotland is establishing a framework agreement for the initial period of four (4) years with an option to extend by two (2) years which will run consecutively. The maximum duration is six (6) years which is a subject to the discretion of SCAPE Scotland. Applications are welcome from companies, consortium or joint ventures. Such parties must form a single legal entity prior to contract award in order to enter into contract. A maximum of 5 bidders will be invited to ITT stage. One supplier shall be appointed to each lot. This framework agreement is available for use by the public sector bodies (and their statutory successors) cited by name in Schedule 1 to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015 and additionally listed in the published Corrigendum to this notice and online at: https://scape-scotland.co.uk/site-information/framework-usage-eligibility.
