Description

Livv Housing Group sought bids from contractors to provide both planned and reactive maintenance services for automatic communal doors and door entry systems.
The outcome of the tender process will be a single contract with one contractor. The contract will be for an initial 2 years with 1 option to extend by a further 12 months, up to a maximum 3 years total contract term, subject to Livv Housing Group requirements and the performance of the successful contractor.
Services initially required include planned and reactive maintenance to:
- All internal and external automatic doors
- All external shutters
- All doors with access control systems in place
- All external automatic gates

TD2236 - Electrical Equipment & Fixed Wire Testing Services

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for electrical equipment and fixed wire testing. The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the 'Open' tendering procedure as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The initial contract period is two (2) years; the contract is estimated to commence on Tuesday 1st July 2025 and expire on Wednesday 30th June 2027. There will be an option to extend the contract for three (3) years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. The maximum contract period is five (5) years. Bidders should note that as procurement has commenced before 24th February 2025, it is and will continue to be regulated by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and not The Procurement Act 2023. The University of York is in possession of a wide variety of automatic door systems and wishes to appoint a contract to a single contractor for the provision of annual servicing, maintenance and reactive repairs, to be carried out at the University's Heslington Campus. The successful supplier will work closely with the University in a 'partnership' capacity and will be the preferred service provider and required to maintain all of the University's automatic and roller shutter doors.
