Provision of Fire Risk Assessments Door Inspection and Fire Door Services  Babergh and Mid Suffolk District Councils have a range of sheltered, very sheltered accommodation, general needs and corporate properties between them and wish to appoint a Contractor to provide Fire Risk Assessment, Door Inspection and Fire Door Services to ensure that we meet our obligations as a social landlord.

CT1674 - Clerk of Works Framework Agreement

The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) requires a Framework Agreement for the provision of Clerk of Works services to support the delivery of the Council’s capital construction projects. The Framework Agreement will be utilised by the Councils’ Place Development and Regeneration, Housing Service, Capital Programmes Team, Edinburgh Waterfront, Facilities Management, Housing and Homelessness, Sustainable Construction Delivery and Mixed Tenure Improvement Services. This arrangement will provide Clerk of Works resource for service areas delivering both residential and non-residential construction projects. Residential projects will be centred around the Council’s affordable house building programme (Development and Regeneration) and potentially in upgrades, refurbishment of existing housing (Housing). Clerks of Works are used as a quality control resource across construction sites. They attend site daily, on the client’s behalf, inspecting progress with construction against the construction drawings. The Council uses general building Clerks of Works as well as those experienced in the installation of mechanical and engineering components and fire safety.

Structural and building investigation surveys for four blocks of Large Panel Systems (LPS) constructed high rise residential buildings, Hull

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide structural and building investigation surveys and reports with detailed cost estimates of any recommended works for four LPS constructed high-rise residential buildings. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 25th March 2026 ending by 26th February 2027 with no option to extend. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £1,100,000 overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract. Further information is contained within the Scope/tender documentation. Please ensure all tender submission documents are completed as detailed. Incomplete bids will be eliminated from further process.
