Description

The London Borough of Lambeth (LBL) require a concessionaire to plan, promote and produce a series of annual winter events including the possibility of the provision of a Fireworks style event for up to 40,000 people and a New Year’s Eve private hire event to hold between November and January of each year (This is for these months only and not for any other times of year) on Brockwell Park London in return for paying LBL a hire fee.    Contracts to commence in 2022, with a possible 1-year extension.

Oakengates Town Council is looking to appoint a qualified and experienced event management company to organise and deliver a carnival and parade in Oakengates, Telford in the Summer of 2025 (date to be agreed). Late submissions will not be considered and Oakengates Town Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All costs incurred in the preparation of the bid are the responsibility of the bidding company.
