Description

River Learning Trust are currently out to tender for the provision of Catering Services.The Contractors will be responsible for the provision of a full school food catering service for the pupils and staff at the schools. This will consist of breakfast, morning break, after school club a full lunch service for each school day. The Trust has chosen to offer the contracts through a number of Lots.  Bidders are able to bid on one, some or all Lots.  The Lots have been constructed to maximise competition, to enable bidders of all types to submit and with consideration of the school types and geographic locations.  It is important for bidders to note that whilst the schools have been allocated in Lots it is imperative that their own individual requirements are considered and delivered on.  Full details for every school are contained in the tender documentation.

PP-10169 Wyvern School & Bushfield School Catering

The Viaduct Federation comprises of Wyvern Infant School (with Preschool and Nursery) along with Bushfield Junior School. In addition, Wyvern School also has a nursery provision for 2-3 year olds with 40 children per day in attendance. Meals for Wyvern are cooked fresh on site and then hotboxed to Bushfield and are served by the incumbent staff at Bushfield. The Supplier may also be required to provide packed lunches for school trips. There are 2 schools Wyvern and Bushfield under the Viaduct Federation. There is no LGPS. The Contract period will be for 3 years initially, with the option to extend for two further one-year periods at the discretion of the Client.
