Description

The requirement for the University Hospital of North Midlands:
• 1 Mass Spectrometer Equipment (including installation)
• On-going Maintenance contract
The anticipated total contract period, including extension periods, is 7 years from delivery of equipment (including 12 months warranty). The anticipated start date for the 6 year on-going maintenance agreement is 1st April 2022, with equipment delivery anticipated March 2021 (commencing warranty of 12 months).
Cost will be evaluated for the primary term of 36 months, which includes the equipment (including the 12 months warranty) and initial 24 months of on-going maintenance, excluding extension periods.
The estimated total value for this procurement:
Equipment (installation) – warranty – on-going maintenance including extension periods: £405,000
