Description

Procurement of a conservation architect led design team, to take the project forward from feasibility stage to completion (RIBA Stages
4-7). The PROJECT has an anticipated construction cost of approximately GBP5m. The appointed consultant will include an architectural and
conservation lead consultant supported by a structural engineer and services engineer. The consultant will also be required to provide
CDMC services.
