Description

We are seeking to appoint suppliers across 4 Lots to deliver marketing support and promotional services for the Aura Innovation Centre. It is expected that these suppliers will be innovative, creative and responsive agencies / consultants / organisations with a track record of developing and delivering outstanding strategic and tactical marketing activity. The successful suppliers will act as an extension to the AIC team and will work closely with the Director, Operations Manager and Marketing and Communications Manager and, where necessary, the University of Hull Marketing & Communications Directorate to ensure consistency of message, tone of voice and brand management.

Margate Skatepark Design and Build

For the provision of a Skatepark build in Margate, Kent. The Employer will enter into a JCT Design and Build contract with the successful specialist contractor with the experience, track record, capability and capacity to deliver a skatepark new build of the scale and complexity outlined in the Appendix A - Specification. The contract will include consultations and engagement activity to ensure the proposed design meets with local aspirations, has a degree of challenge to suit all levels of abilities, will achieve planning approval and can be delivered within the project budget and timescales. (the project needs to be delivered and operational by mid July 2026, with a 3 month defects period). The Contract is anticipated to commence upon October 2025 for a duration of 12 Months. When providers of higher education in England apply to register with the Office for Students, the registration team conduct FPP checks on key individuals as part of the initial registration process and on an ongoing basis as part of the ongoing conditions of registration.
