Description

The College requires a contract for the provision of cleaning services. the contract will have an initial period of 36 months with options to extend for a further 2 x 12 months. The Contractor shall provide a professionally managed, high quality cleaning service that provides a comprehensive, efficient, user friendly, customer focused and cost effective service to meet the needs of Belfast Met and its students, staff and visitors.

Soft Facilities Management Services Procurement for London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust

The Authority seeks suitably qualified suppliers to tender for a Facilities Management Services provision. The overarching aim of the Service is to manage, co-ordinate and deliver a consistent, timely and high-quality soft facilities management service for the Authority and its patients and will consist of the following service lines: General Management Helpdesk Management / Reception Services Patient Catering Healthcare Cleaning and Pest Control Portering and Postal Services Security (Manned Guarding) The Authority is looking to appoint a single Preferred Supplier to manage all aspects of the Service. The aggregate value of the contract (including extensions) as advertised in the Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service (FTS) for the full 10 years of provision (7 core years plus 3 options years) is £346,146,770 British Pound Sterling. The contract to be entered into by the Authority and the Preferred Supplier for the procurement will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions for the Provision of Services. The core contract term is from 01st October 2025 - 30th September 2032, with the option to extend for a maximum of 36 months. This stated optional extension period is in no way guaranteed, and activation of such extension will be at the sole discretion of the Authority based on fundamental principles, including the performance of the supplier and results of any service evaluations undertaken..
