In order to support delivery of its corporate strategy in an efficient manner, Accent seeks contractor(s) to deliver high-quality comprehensive grounds maintenance services across 17 lots. Made up of 11 in West Yorkshire, 3 in North Yorkshire and 1 in Nottingham, 1 in London and 1 in West Sussex.
The successful contractors will have demonstrable experience and a proven track record of providing high quality grounds maintenance services.
For the avoidance of doubt we will only consider contractor(s) who either already have, or are willing to establish a base of operations no more than 25 miles from any of sites within the lot(s) being bid for. This geographic requirement is justified to respond effectively in the event of inclement weather, for example for snow clearing services.

The London Borough of Enfield (the "Authority") is seeking to is seeking to award a contract(s) to deliver Enfield Council Tree Maintenance Contract: regular tree maintenance works, pollarding, removal of dead or diseased trees, planting new trees, and other works associated with tree maintenance.
