Description

NHS Grampian (“the Authority”) is undertaking this procurement for the provision of Primary Care Link Worker (Mental Health and Wellbeing) Service.
NHS Grampian (the Authority) is one of the largest health boards in Scotland and is responsible for providing NHS services to over half a million people living in the Grampian Region of Scotland.

You are invited to tender for the provision of Primary Care Link Worker (Mental Health and Wellbeing) Service in accordance with the requirements detailed within this Invitation to tender and in accordance with the conditions of contract.

This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.
