South Pennine Academies wishes to establish a contract to provide professional services (a range of project management, design, and advisory services) to support construction and engineering projects at its sites. The objective of this contract is to appoint a suitably qualified contractor that offers a value for money solution, and a faster route to market to allow projects to progress more quickly. The supplier will be the preferred supplier for all requirements during the contract term.

School Minor Works Programme 2025 - Professional Services and Condition Survey

Lewisham is seeking a Consultant to conduct condition surveys of a number of schools in the Borough and to also provide professional services in the form of a surveyor led multi-disciplinary team to design and provide project management for the School Minor Works Programme 2026 to 2029. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of 4 years, with a 12 month break clause, which means the contract can be terminated by the Employer on or around each anniversary of the date of the Agreement, and an option to extend by one year, both at the sole discretion of the Council. These works will have an estimated budget of £3 million The programme of works should cover priority capital repairs and replacement works to be carried out over the following four years: 2026,2027, 2028 and 2029.

Construction Advisory Services

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Construction Advisory Services for the period of 4 years which sets out the terms upon which Customers may make specific purchases (“call offs”) during the life of the framework. The Framework Agreement shall not be an exclusive arrangement between the parties and does not constitute a commitment on the part of any Customer to award any call offs.
