This procurement procedure is for the appointment of an experienced Contractor to carry out a contract for the Regular Inspection, Servicing, Reactive and Emergency Repairs to Passenger Lifts throughout the Councils estate. This will be a fully comprehensive maintenance contract and the cost for annual maintenance will include the following: Regular statutory compliance and maintenance checks.
