Landscape Maintenance and Common Close Cleaning Contract 2025-2027

The Contract will principally comprise landscape maintenance and common close cleaning service. The landscape maintenance services will mainly include litter picking, grass cutting, shrub bed, hedging and leaf collection to existing properties and common landscaped areas throughout Cardonald and Pollokshields, Glasgow to the areas detailed within the Landscape Architects tender drawings. The Contract may also include bulk uplifts, tree maintenance services, tree and stump removal works, and repairs to existing damaged grass and other landscaped areas. The Contract may also include planting and landscaping improvement works at the Queensland Community Gardens estate. The landscape maintenance will initially be undertaken to estates located at St Andrews Drive, Queensland Community Garden and Halfway Park, however Southside Housing Association may introduce additional estates during the Contract that are located on the south side of Glasgow which shall be valued at the rates within Tender Document A where the maintenance requirements are similar in character. The Common Close Cleaning maintenance requirements will principally involve weekly internal and external cleaning to properties, and also monthly & six monthly cleaning activities (refer Specification Items 1-21 described within Tender Document C ‘Common Close Cleaning Specification’ for further information). The Landscape Maintenance and Common Close Cleaning services to the properties described within the tender documentation are currently undertaken by Southside Housing Association’s estates team. However, the nature of the service is changing and it is the intention of Southside Housing Association that the successful tenderer of this procurement will undertake the service after conclusion of this opportunity. The Contract term will be for an initial twenty-one month period commencing on 1st July 2025 with optional annual 1 year + 1 year + 1 year extensions up to a maximum contract completion date of 31st March 2030.

Grounds Maintenance Contract 4 year period from April 2025

Contractors are invited to tender for the Grounds Maintenance Contract for Crowthorne Parish Council in Berkshire for a 4 year period from April 2025. The sites to be maintained are:- The Morgan Recreation Ground (including football pitch) Circle Hill Woods The Walter recreation Ground THE TENDER PROCESS Site visits Contractors are warmly invited to attend a site tour with Council's Senior Projects, Events, Parks and Countryside Officer, Liz Turkington, and Council's Groundsman, Paul Chase, on one of the following dates and times in order to fully understand the scope and specification of works required:- Tuesday 22 April 10 am - meet at bottom of car park steps in the Morgan Recreation Ground car park, Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne RG45 7LA ///what3words location ///mouse.card.grades Thursday 24 April 10 am - meet at bottom of car park steps in the Morgan Recreation Ground car park, Lower Broadmoor Road, Crowthorne RG45 7LA ///what3words location ///mouse.card.grades Although pre-booking is not required it would be helpful if you could email [email protected] in advance so we know to expect you. The tour will commence at the Morgan Recreation Ground and contractors and Council staff will then walk to the Circle Hill and Walter Recreation Ground for the tour there. Site tours are not a pre-requisite for participating in the tender process although contractors will be required to honour their quote if the contract is awarded to them. Format of submission The tenders must be submitted in line with provisions outlined in Part 5 and Appendix 1 of the CPC Financial Regulations - extracts included in this pack for ease of reference.
