Description

A contract has been awarded to provide the following services across all of the HIE area for both its commercial property portfolio as well as HIEs own offices - dilapidations, repair work, EPC and S63 valuations and insurance valuations etc.
This is Lot 3 of a 3 Lot Framework. The 3 Lots are: Lot 1 Property Management and Valuation; Lot 2 Property Marketing; Lot 3 Building Surveying
Each Lot is published separately on Public Contracts Scotland and each has the name ‘Property Consultancy’ in the title together with the relevant Lot number.
The Lots will offer complementary services and the successful supplier in each will be expected to work alongside the supplier(s) of the other Lots as required.

The University of Bath will be looking to have these surveys completed to 131 buildings (refer to University of Bath Building List) which is a mixture of Academic, Residential, Sports/Leisure/Recreational, Facilities Management and Other buildings. Approximate internal gross areas (m²) have been provided within the University of Bath Building List. Building condition surveys were previously undertaken in 2019. The University can provide summary reports and data sets for each building where required. Structural and building investigation surveys for four blocks of Large Panel Systems (LPS) constructed high rise residential buildings, Hull

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide structural and building investigation surveys and reports with detailed cost estimates of any recommended works for four LPS constructed high-rise residential buildings. The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 25th March 2026 ending by 26th February 2027 with no option to extend. The Authority has estimated the value of the Services to be £1,100,000 overall.
