Pembrokeshire are the Lead Authority in conducting this tender exercise on behalf of themselves, Ceredigion County Council and Gwynedd Council. This Framework will cover the supply and application of surface dressing binder as a part of the annual surface dressing programme for both Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion. Gwynedd will require the supply of binder only.

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) (the Council) has a statutory obligation, as a Highway Authority, to maintain the public highway within its boundary and in doing so we require specialist contractors to support us in carrying out these works. This Dynamic Purchasing System is for the provision of the following Road Surface Treatment Services: • Premium Surface Dressing • Micro Asphalting and Footway Surface Treatments • Carriageway Retexturing • Joint Sealing • Asphalt Preservation • In-Situ Road Recycling • Spray Injection Patching The publishing of this Contract Notice is to communicate the renewal of the above DPS which was originally established in March 2018 for a 4 year period. This DPS is now to be renewed for a 4 further year period which will end March 2026. Any new applications can continue to be made at the above mentioned address.
