Description

The University requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to carry out planned maintenance, reactive repairs, replacement equipment works and supply of spares equipment to its CCTV system on its Leicester Campus and associated sites.The Contractor will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance, service and repairs to the onsite CCTV system. The Contractor will provide a reactive callout service both in normal working hours and out of hours. The successful Contractor will also provide quotations to carry out replacement and upgrade work as may be requested by the University or as result of equipment failure or product end of life. The Contractor will supply CCTV parts and equipment to De Montfort University as per (but not limited to) the Equipment list in the Tender Summary.De Montfort University periodically carries out refurbishment projects and sales and acquisitions of buildings and as such the contractor will submit a unit cost per building.Full

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council covers an area of 930 square miles. The council has approx. 3400km of highway network and numerous flood risk assets throughout the county of the East Riding of Yorkshire, with surface water drainage which is required to be maintained through Jetting and CCTV services. The East Riding of Yorkshire has many miles of culverts, highway drainage assets and flood risk assets that require maintenance on a regular basis. The contract is designed to reduce the risk of flooding, by cleaning, inspecting and mapping drainage assets, including watercourses, culverts, highway interceptors and soakaways. Successful Tenderers may be required to carry out work/services at any location within the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Bawtry Town Hall Toilet Refurbishment

The Town Council is looking to refurbish the public toilets within the Town Hall community centre with the removal of all existing sanitary ware and a revised layout to be installed including one disabled toilet, 1 female toilet with 3 toilets and associated washbasins and 1 male toilets with 2 toilets, 2 urinals and associated washbasins. New flooring including to the entrance/foyer adjacent to the toilets. A contract specification is included in the tender documents. The program and scheduling will be agreed before commencement. The tender should be submitted in electronic format.
