Description

Completion of Remodelling Works to the Occupational Therapy Space within The Fort Centre at the Mount Fern Complex. Internal works will comprise the breaking through of internal blockwork partitions to create new open plans spaces and new cellular offices / consultation rooms within the Occupational Therapy space. New spaces will provide 'Mock' bedroom, bathroom and stairlifts. All rooms disturbed by the works will receive new surfaces finishes (e.g. decoration, flooring etc). Similarly the affected rooms will receive a mixture of new work benches, data, lighting and power. Mechanical ventilation / cooling will also be required. All works will be completed within 'live' ward conditions. In order to apply for this project you must be registered on the CPD Dynamic Shortlisting system –BUILDING.
