Description

The Contracting Authority are approaching the end of their existing Long Term Agreements with insurers for Material Damage Package, Combined Liability, Motor Fleet, Crime, Engineering Inspection & Insurance and in line with Public Procurement legislation, they are tendering their insurance portfolio in time for renewal on 1 April 2022.
This Insurance is being procured competitively and in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, via the YPO Insurance Placement DPS Ref. No: 000978.

The Association of North East Councils Trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a Framework for the provision of a Financial Resilience Solution (NEPRO x Financial Resilience), enabling Contracting Authorities to access a suite of financial-based services that can be deployed in a compliant and efficient manner to support Financial Resilience.
