Girls' Learning Trust MIS Tender

It currently comprises three successful and high-performing secondary schools in the London Borough of Sutton. With a combined student population of over 4,500 girls aged 11-18 and a workforce of nearly 500 staff, it operates across three large sites. The Trust has a financial turnover of approximately £30 million and is committed to delivering and maintaining outstanding educational environments through high-quality partnerships. This tender opportunity is closely linked to the Trust’s strategy, in particular the following enablers: 1. Championing evidence-led and insight-informed decision-making 2. Providing a modern, secure and stable IT infrastructure 3. A coherent system for education assurance and development Further, the tender rationale reflects the Trust’s ongoing commitment to excellence, innovation, and long-term value for its schools and wider community. The Trust is now tendering for the provision of Management Information System Services, with a contract start date of 1st November 2025. The contract value is expected to be circa £35,000 + VAT per annum and for the initial three year term the expected value is circa £105,000 + VAT. The Trust will be using a two stage competitive flexible process. The contract will run for an initial three-year term, with termly and annual reviews in place. To ensure flexibility for both parties, should the relationship not prosper, a break clause has been included. There is also an option to extend the contract for a further two years (1+1), by mutual agreement, subject to satisfactory qualitative and financial performance.

Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 extension notice

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) set up a dynamic purchasing system for an initial period of 48 months. The time limit for expressions of interest was extended to 1 July 2025 and this date has now been extended to 23 February 2029. CCS is inviting bidders to request to participate for the Quality Assurance and Testing for IT Systems 2 DPS. This DPS will provide central government and wider public sector departments the opportunity to procure Quality Assurance and Testing services from a range of suppliers. The DPS filters are for services, location, clearance and scalability. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout its 112 month duration. CCS reserve the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS Agreement. The value has been increased in line with the extension of the period of validity. Additional information: This DPS was scheduled to expire on 1 December 2023. CCS exercised the extension option to maintain service provision while we review the future design of this agreement to enable a thorough analysis and market/customer engagement to be conducted, before a strategic decision can be made on the next iteration of this agreement. RM6148 QAT2 was extended until 1 July 2025. Please be aware that the RM6148 QAT2 DPS has been further extended and the deadline for expressions of interest is 23 February 2029. Please note the Closing Date, Contract Start Date and Contract End Date have been manipulated to support compatibility system issues. However please refer to the FTS contract notice for the correct dates, timelines etc.
