Description

1.1	The enclosed Invitation to Tender provides information for consideration with respect to the St Helens College Contract for the provision of installation of a selection of new modern automatic and manual operated door sets and supportive infrastructure across three college sites.  The Contract is for 2 years with extension totalling a further 12 months for PPM coverage.

Framework 114 Infrastructure Support

Translink” is establishing a Framework for the provision of Infrastructure Support works to support the delivery of Translink’s programme of capital and maintenance works. It is intended that Translink wish to appoint eight (8) Suppliers onto the Framework. Highways and Infrastructure Works Term Services Contract

The contract is principally for the provision of highways term maintenance and works but in addition other infrastructure works and maintenance such as that relating to passenger transport and waste. In addition the council may order related professional services; Contractor assistance in response to civil contingencies and other emergencies; and a) construction of buildings associated with or inseparable from highways, passenger transport and active travel improvement schemes - such as buildings at bus interchanges; (b) construction of household waste recycling centres, waste transfer facilities and the like; (c) drainage, coastal and flood defence work; and (d) enabling works for developments undertaken by or on behalf of the Client.
