Description

NWUPC is establishing a multi-provider Framework Agreement for members of APUC,CPC,HEPCW,LUPC,NEUPC,NWUPC & SUPC for Residential Textiles,Starter Packs & Window Coverings. The Agreement was tendered in 29 lots as follows:
Lot 1-Bedding and Bathroom Textiles and Associated Student Accommodation Products
Lot 2-Kitchen Starter Packs and Associated Kitchenware
Lots 3-29 Supply, installation, and maintenance of Window Coverings [regional].
In accordance with the intention stated in section 1.3.8 of the ITT,some of lots 3-29 will be combined as the evaluation has produced a result in which the same group of economic operators have been awarded to several lots.  Lots 3-29 will become lots 3-5:
Lot 3-Window Coverings Scotland
Lot 4-Window Coverings Northern Ireland
Lot 5-Window Coverings England and Wales
The Agreement will commence on 1st March 2022 for 24 months until 29th February 2024 with the option to extend the Agreement for two periods of 12 months until 28th February 2026

Curtains, Blinds and Associated Services 2025

Non-exclusive framework agreement for the supply of curtains, tracks and associated services to NHS Supply Chain depots via the eDirect/Direct route to market. The ranges of products available under the framework agreement include; non-antimicrobial and antimicrobial treated polypropylene curtains, flame retardant fabric curtains, blinds, wipeable curtains, track system, complementary products and other associated services (fitting, removal, recycling, track maintenance). This framework agreement is for a total of 48 months. Precise quantities are unknown, It is anticipated that expenditure will be in the region of GBP 24,280,000 and GBP 40,200,000 throughout the duration of this framework agreement. These values are approximate only and are based on the most recent historical usage information, with a forecasted level of growth. The values provided are for guidance only and are not a guarantee of business. This tender will have contract conditions that will require suppliers to demonstrate that they are managing ethical compliance at their organisation. The NHS has adopted PPN 06/20 (taking account of Social Value), and therefore this Framework Agreement will include some qualitative evaluation questions on Social Value with a minimum weighting of 10% towards the award.
