The Authority is seeking providers to supply & deliver Recreational, Occupational, Social and Educational Day Opportunities for Adults in Hull. The Authority has established a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) that will be administered through the YORtender (Mercell) portal for the provision of Day Opportunity services.
