Description

The project comprises the undertaking of fixed wire testing together with Electrical
Installation Condition Reports [EICR] to General Needs Properties and Livewell
Schemes/Projects owned and managed by South Yorkshire Housing Association Limited.
Additionally, any consequential remedial work or work to make installations safe following
the testing/condition inspection regime are also included. Properties will generally be
occupied, and the Contractor will be required to contact the residents or scheme manager
(on Livewell schemes/projects) to arrange a suitable time/date to undertake the necessary
work requirements.
