We own and manage almost 9,000 homes in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and West Yorkshire. MSV invites organisations to submit a request to participate in order to establish a DPS of contractors to provide a wide range of servicing including but not limited to repairs and maintenance, cyclical servicing, mechanical and electrical services and capital works. Other services that are closely linked to the categories listed may be procured through the DPS from time to time to meet the requirements of MSV.
