Description

Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) contract for the demolition of the existing block of 18 flats at Craven Court, Bournemouth, and the construction of 24 new flats with associated vehicular access, parking and associated groundworks.
The scheme provides 100% affordable homes that will help contribute to the overall delivery of BCP’s affordable housing target in the Borough.

The Guinness Partnership Limited, in partnership with its appointed managing agent ProcurePublic Limited, invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for inclusion on a new Buildings Remediation Framework.
