CITB wishes to procure a supplier who will provide a mystery shopping contract covering the whole of the UK and Northern Ireland ensuring that there are sufficient adequately trained and briefed mystery shoppers in all geographical areas. 
The Contract will be awarded for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months subject to review.

UK Sport - Associate pools to support the Coaching, Leadership, Talent and Culture Teams in their work with Olympic and Paralympic performance programmes

The mission for the Leadership, Talent, Culture and Coaching (LTCC) Teams is to understand the demands of each sport's performance plan and the challenges faced by those leading and delivering them - ensuring that athletes and staff are effectively supported in realising their ambitions. To meet the evolving needs of leaders and coaches within the high-performance system, the LTCC Teams will offer a blended approach of: Self-services resources, Peer learning and communities of practice within and across sports, Expert advice, Access to programmes to enhance role effectiveness, and Targeted deployment of skilled associates to support capability development in and through performance environments. To respond swiftly and effectively to the needs of sport, pools of high-quality, experienced associates will be procured and retained for the duration of the Olympic and Paralympic cycle. The scope of services covered by this procurement will be split into 4 lots: Associate - Support for Executive Leadership in High Performance Sport Provision of high-quality, confidential, and developmental executive coaching to leaders operating in high performance sport environments. Associate - Support for Culture & Senior Team Leadership in High Performance Sport Provision of support to shape and strengthen leadership team, performance programme, and organisational culture in high performance sport by designing and delivering impactful development that fosters trust, clarity, cohesion, and sustainable performance. Associate - Support for Coaching in High Performance Sport Provision of support to work alongside coaches and sports to plan, implement and evaluate bespoke programmes of learning that support coaches' personal and professional development. Associate - Support for Recruitment & Talent Management in High Performance Sport Provide expert advice, guidance, and support to organisations across high-performance sport system regarding on demand HR policy and procedures, Talent Management (attraction, identification, recruitment, and selection) of diverse and high-quality talent. It will also support development of optimal organisational design. Note: A single associate or organisation may tender for one, multiple, or all roles - provided they demonstrate the required capability and experience. Each individual put forward for an associate pool(s) will be assessed on their unique skills and experience. Any organisation applying for the associate pool(s) will be required to put forward a full body of evidence against the assessment criteria for each member of the team they are proposing. The yearly expected spend per lot is outlined in the below Annual Spend (Quadrennial Spend) Associate - Support for Executive Leadership in High Performance Sport £120k (£480k) Associate - Support for Culture & Senior Team Leadership in High Performance Sport £100k (£400k) Associate - Support for Coaching in High Performance Sport £150k (£600k) Associate - Support for Recruitment & Talent Management in High Performance Sport £100k (£400k) It is anticipated that the value of pieces of work will be less than £30,000, with the majority of contracts below £10,000. Work will be awarded directly, with the project or programme lead engaging with the appropriate pools and individuals. People can be awarded multiple contracts which run at the same time over the tender period. In the scenario that a call-off contract is expected to exceed £30k (inc VAT) we will award the contract after a mini-competition period that is open to the suppliers within this lot. The assessment criteria will be consistent with the initial framework criteria with an additional nuanced criteria that is specific to the contract. All suppliers in the lot will be notified of these criteria in their invitation to bid. Asset Management and Professional Support Services Framework

This procurement relates to the establishment of a framework for the provision of asset management and professional consultancy services across the property and housing sector. The framework is designed to support Sanctuary Housing and other public sector bodies in accessing high-quality consultancy services to deliver their asset management, compliance, and property development programmes. The framework will offer services nationally, with an estimated value of £40,000,000 exc VAT (£48,000,000 inc VAT) over it's four year term. The framework is a single lot covering Consultancy Services, covering services such as project management, business process re-engineering and service improvement, options appraisals, partnering advisers, procurement services, transformation services, BSA duty holder services, health and safety consultancy, and related disciplines. The framework will be accessible nationally and will allow for both direct award and further competition under the Open Procedure, in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023 and associated Regulations and will be open to all UK public sector bodies (and others as detailed in the procurement documents) to access via an Access Agreement between Sanctuary, the Supplier and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who Sanctuary has appointed to administer the framework on their behalf. Full details of the scope and requirements of the framework and the procurement process, including how to tender are included within the procurement and tender documents. Sanctuary anticipate appointing ten suppliers to each the framework, but reserve the right to increase this number at their discretion. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement and not to proceed with all or any part of the Framework at any stage of the procurement process. The Contracting Authority also reserves the right not to award the Framework. Neither the Contracting Authority nor any person on whose behalf of whom this procurement is undertaken is to be liable for any costs incurred by those expressing an interest or Tendering for this Framework. The Contracting Authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are Small or Medium Enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. it should be noted that neither Devonshires, Pretium or Echelon shall be responsible for any changes made to the documents without the approval or engagement of the authors of the relevant documents at or prior to call off stage. The framework will be open to but not limited to any "Authorised User", which is defined as follows: Authorised User” means any of the following: (i) any entity within the same group of companies as Sanctuary from time to time (a “Sanctuary Member”); (ii) any entity or joint venture company that Sanctuary or any other Sanctuary Member holds an interest in from time to time (a “Sanctuary JV”); (iii) any Social Housing Provider in the United Kingdom (excluding Sanctuary, Sanctuary Members and Sanctuary JVs); (iv) any national, regional or local health authority, including NHS Trusts and Primary Care Trusts; (v) any educational establishment, including but not limited to primary and secondary schools, further and higher education institutions, academies and free schools; (vi) any other “contracting authority” in the UK as defined in the Procurement Act 2023; and (vii) any supply chain member of Sanctuary or of any of the above organisations; and, in the case of the organisations listed in limbs (iii), (iv), (v), (vi) and (vii) above, who has entered into an Access Agreement with Sanctuary;

Group Clinics Support - H&G Accelerators

NHS England wishes to engage specialist support in setting up group clinics, for the purposes of the NHS developing its role in work coaching i.e. to report to NHS England if and how NHS-provided work coaching might be delivered in a group rather than one-to-one model. This requirement is to purchase scoping (development) support from an expert in group clinics in NHS settings. This requirement does not include establishing or evaluating group models for work coaching. It is scoping to inform those subsequent opportunities. The context is that, while there exists evidence of group clinics delivering improved (or at least equivalent) outcomes across many pathways, there is an absence of evidence for their use in NHS-led support for employment, such as work coaching. This project will provide hands-on scoping support (defined in section C below) to the three ICB Health and Growth Accelerators. This will identify which of their work coaching or similar support might be suitable for a group approach, how those should be designed, and to work through practical implementation details.
